General sales, delivery and payment conditions
The following conditions are
valid for all sales, offers and deliveries.
Prices:
The prices of our goods are
understood without the Swiss value added tax (V.A.T.) included.
Transportation fees and packaging:
Packing taxes, postage and
ex delivery work are excluded, hence at the consignee’s expense.
Payment and payment terms:
Invoices are, if not agreed
otherwise in written form, payable within 30 days after date of issue, without
any reduction.
Ownership rights:
All the delivered goods pass
to the buyer’s ownership only when he completely fulfilled his entire payment
obligations.
Complaints:
All complaints must be
presented within 3 working days after arrival of the goods at destination and
before their treatment and processing.
Legal issues:
If nothing else is
explicitly agreed, only Swiss law is considered as valid, under exclusion of
any foreign law.
